So I’ve had a bad week, to say the least. For starters, my phone decided to stop getting any coverage. Took it to Sprint, and for $35 they shipped me a new one. A lady ordered some shoes for her mum and they didn’t fit. Then her mum was hospitalised, and naturally didn’t have time to return the shoes. Zappos got UPS to come by the house to pick them up (for free, mind you) - and then sent some flowers for her mum. Now that’s a company that truly cares. Order from Zappos next time you need new kicks.
